Our Tin Asset search is to be considered our basic entry level package. This is the perfect package for anyone who has a limited budget and is unwilling to spend out just in case no assets are found.
- We will do the work and collate the results for just £36 (£30 plus VAT).
- We will enquire with the top 10 major banking organisations used by approximately 80-90% of the population
- Our finders fee is set at 25% plus VAT of anything found
- A report listing all organisations contacted and who have responded positively

Asset search - Peace of mind
By agreeing to a finder's fee approach we will give you the peace of mind knowing that, although you purchased our entry level service, we will still do the very best job we can. This percentage is higher than the other packages because we are taking the financial risk of carrying out the necessary searches.
Lost asset search
Once you have purchased our Tin entry level package we will first ensure you are have the authority to sign our contract. We will then send you a contract that allows us to recover our finder's fee from any asset found. If you do not return our signed contract we will not be able to proceed with your application, in this instance we will cancel our service, we would not be able to refund you in full as we will charge an adminstration fee of £15 plus vat.
Looking for Lost Assets
We will write to the main UK banks and financial institutions including Barclays, Santander, NatWest, Lloyds, HSBC, Halifax, Nationwide, NS&I, the Post office and the Co-op bank, The majority of the UK population tend to bank with one of these organisations, greatly improving the chances of finding lost, missing or dormant money.
As with all our search options you must have the legal authority to carry out a search, without this the organisations are unlikely to reply. This authority derives from a Grant of Representation such as a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, a Financial Lasting Power of Attorney or Court Order such as a Deputyship. Speak to our team for help or direction with regards the required legal authority to carry out a lost or missing asset search.
Tin Asset Search
With our Tin Asset search, once the search is over we will provide an email report detailing the organisations replies. If you are not able to receive email then please consider upgrading your service. We do not send out our reports in printed format with this service. If you purchase this service and require a printed hard copy report this can be supplied however there will be an additional £20 plus vat charge.
